Leading MSP organization, The 20, today announced that Crystal McFerran has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Channel Marketing. With more than 15 years of experience, Crystal is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in the IT industry.
In her new role, McFerran will be heading up the Channel department to oversee channel development, brand marketing and public relations for the Dallas-based company.

She previously held senior marketing roles at The 20’s partner companies, Roland Technology Group and Cytracom. Crystal began her career at Hewlett-Packard and holds an MBA and M.A. from the University of Texas at Dallas.
