Global real estate brokerage The Agency has announced the launch of its new franchise office in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. The new locale is the firm’s 67th global partner among its growing network of offices in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Europe. The Cape Cod office, conveniently located in Osterville, will be led by Managing Partner and Broker, Eric Rollo, who also launched The Agency Boston in 2021. Rollo and his team will service the coastal regions of Cape Cod, Nantucket, and Martha’s Vineyard.

Boston aficionado and real estate leader Eric Rollo brings 15 years of experience and a stellar reputation to his role as Managing Partner and Broker of The Agency Cape Cod. Having sold more than $165 million in real estate over the course of his career, he was named among Realtor Magazine’s “30 Under 30” nationwide in 2015. Prior to spearheading The Agency’s expansion into Massachusetts, Eric worked for the largest family-owned real estate firm in New England, leading the top-producing team in their Back Bay office. His first foray into the business was with a suburban company specializing in investment properties, where he mainly worked with investment clients, rental clients, and condominium owners. Seeing an opportunity to expand his career, Eric obtained his broker’s license and opened his own firm after graduating with his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Communications, with minors in Psychology and Finance from Roger Williams University.

While pursuing his Master’s degree at Northeastern University, Eric met his wife Valerie. Now residing in Jamaica Plain, they are always exploring the local culinary scene, trying new wines, cheering on Boston sports teams, and remain actively involved as a board member of both Friends of Boston’s Homeless and the Center for Advanced Financial Education at Roger Williams University.

Eric grew up spending time on the Cape and Islands, whether with his family on the beaches in and around West Dennis, with friends in Oak Bluffs on Martha’s Vineyard and on Nantucket, or strolling the galleries of Provincetown and its surrounding areas. More recently, Eric's family has taken permanent residence in Pocasset.
