LOS ANGELES, April 26, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Global real estate brokerage The Agency is pleased to announce leading industry professional Quetzal Grimm joins as Managing Director to lead the growth of its first Silicon Valley offices, where he will oversee the launch of new offices in the markets of Los Altos, Palo Alto and Woodside. Grimm joins The Agency after holding positions at Alain Pinel Realtors, and most recently, a leadership position at Compass. The Agency currently has several offices throughout Northern California, including Sonoma, East Bay, Marin, and Carmel, with plans to continue to expand throughout the Bay Area.

In his role as Managing Director, he will oversee the operations and management of The Agency in these new markets.

Grimm has a wealth of managerial experience spanning across the San Francisco Peninsula and Silicon Valley. Before joining The Agency, he held the position of Sales Manager at Compass. In this role, he was most recently responsible for nearly $4 billion in annual sales volume produced by over 150 agents across two offices in Woodside and Los Altos. Before that he managed Palo Alto, Menlo Park and Burlingame for Compass. Previous to Compass, he held numerous roles at Alain Pinel Realtors, including top producing agent and manager of offices in this region. As a Bay Area native, he attended the University of California at Santa Cruz, and received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. He is a long-time resident of Redwood City, California and is deeply committed to the community. His expansive network and abundance of experience is evident in his strong relationships he has developed in every market he has served.
