Engel & Völkers today announced that Shirley and Victor Attias of The Attias Group will join its Engel & Völkers Fort Lauderdale shop as a mother-son team, specializing in luxury residential and commercial sales in the South Florida market.

The Attias Group joins Engel & Völkers Fort Lauderdale with over 30 years of industry experience throughout the South Florida market, specializing in luxury waterfront homes and condominiums. Combined, the team has assisted in the transaction of over $250 million in property sales.

Moroccan born and an immigrant of New York, Shirley has since become fluent in five languages and built a client network throughout Europe, Asia, South America and the Middle East, making her an internationally renowned expert in residential luxury properties. Victor, a native to South Florida, earned his degree in Economics with minors in Mathematics and Computer Science from New College of Florida. During his collegiate career, Victor first attained his Real Estate license. He later went on to work for various Fortune 500 companies in the professional services industry while continually furthering his life¬long career as a luxury real estate advisor.
