The Bowdoin Group Continues Growth by Welcoming Two New Strategic Hires

Greater Boston-based executive search firm adds significant strategic support to delivery and finance teams.

We are thrilled to continue to grow The Bowdoin Group’s delivery arm with search professionals like TJ and Christine.

The Bowdoin Group, an executive search firm with deep expertise in leadership search and strategic company build-outs for high growth organizations, announced the expansion of their core team with two new strategic hires, including the expansion of their research team and finance departments in the last quarter.

Tracie-Jo (TJ) Crowthers joins The Bowdoin Group as a Consultant, bringing with her several years of experience leading client engagements and managing candidates through the recruitment process. She will be responsible for developing and building relationships with clients and candidates across our healthcare and technology verticals, managing them through the entire recruitment process. Prior to joining The Bowdoin Group, TJ served as an executive search consultant at Slone Partners, specializing in life sciences. She has also served as a senior recruiter at Scientific Search, a life sciences recruiting and staffing firm. She received her Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University-Camden.

Also joining the firm as a Consultant, Christine Lipowski brings significant expertise in executive search with several years of market research, search strategy, and candidate engagement experience. At The Bowdoin Group, Christine will also be responsible for client and candidate management, partnering with them through the full recruitment process. Previously, Christine most recently served as a manager and Head of Research at Page Executive, the division of PageGroup focused on executive and C-level searches. While there, she worked with a lead consultant to develop their executive search business from scratch, building out a research team and infrastructure to support the business. Prior to that role, she started her recruitment career as a consultant, specializing in candidate management and recruitment of HR professionals, and received her Masters degree in International Business from EGADE Business School.

In addition to these two strategic hires, The Bowdoin Group also welcomed three new associates earlier this summer, including Amber Graves, Marcus Witherspoon, and Gabrielle Kontra, and a new staff accountant, Jessica Wright (MSA, MBA), to provide additional support to our finance team.
