“California made history by first legalizing medical cannabis back in 1996 and is now the largest legal market in the U.S.,” stated Cannabis Business Awards® and Clover Leaf University™ Founder and CEO Chloe Villano. “The cannabis market in California is a multi-billion dollar industry creating thousands of jobs and incrementing substantial new revenue for the state. We are excited to honor pioneers and leaders that have set the stage for helping patients nationally.”
