With Ozbun’s promotion comes a big shift in organization for the company, as his strategic vision will now guide all departments.
Ozbun’s role in the company is distinctly more pronounced, with direct oversight of the AVP | Business Development, AVP | Technology, and Director of Client Services. His increased influence with these teams comes after guiding them through new improvements to product development, strategy, and new technology while overseeing a period of growth with the company.
Ozbun’s role in the company has increased alongside his visibility within the industry. This past year, he also spoke at the NAA Student Housing Conference on geofencing technology, and was a speaker at the Apartment Internet Marketing Conference sharing expertise on drip marketing, retargeting, social boosting, and geo-targeting.

In 2013, Ozbun became Vice President and Managing Partner as Zeff and Ozbun worked closely to acquire full ownership of the marketing agency.
Since acquiring full ownership of the agency, Zeff and Ozbun have overseen revenue growth from $3.7 million annually to $9 million in 2015. They are projecting $13 million in 2016, a 250% revenue growth from 2012.
