Thirty-five years was just the beginning — we still have so many lives to impact. The best is truly yet to come here at The Entrepreneur’s Source - Terry Powell, TES visionary founder

The Entrepreneur’s Source® (TES), North America’s leading career transition coaching franchise, hosted their 20th Annual Conference from Saturday, September 21, 2019, to Wednesday, September 25, 2019. The conference, which is the largest private gathering of franchise brands and career transition coaches, celebrated the 35th anniversary of TES at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort and Spa in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

“Attending our annual conference is crucial for our coaches and franchisor members,” said Terry Powell, TES visionary founder. “We provide education, new updates and reflect on our accomplishments from the past year. Sharing ideas and gathering together as a team is an invaluable tool for building our vision.”

This year’s conference theme, Championing Dreams for 35 Years, showcased the TES mission of helping entrepreneurs follow a path from employment to empowerment. More than 400 individuals attended, including hundreds of TES coaches, franchisor members and resource partners. Conference attendees were able to network, discuss best practices and stay abreast of new industry trends.

Motivational keynote speaker Scott Greenberg offered inspiration to attendees by showcasing game-changing steps to help elevate business performance, encouraging entrepreneurs to take their business to the next level. Franchise members had the opportunity to meet with small groups of coaches during intimate, five-minute sessions. The sessions gave coaches insight on the brand, which will help them educate their clients on the possibilities available to them.

The conference is also a time where The Entrepreneur’s Source highlights impressive coach successes during their awards evening. Numerous recognitions were made during the evening, including the Rising Tides award which goes to a coach who exemplifies system citizenship and philanthropy; The Possibilities, Options and Dreams award which honors the coach who best helped their clients realize their Income, Lifestyle, Wealth and Equity goals, one of TES’ coaching cornerstones; and the 2019 Coach of the Year Award, which went to Paco Beltran, a coach from the Detroit area, who embodies the TES mission of empowerment.

“Awarding our talented coaches and hearing success stories is inspiring. I left the conference refreshed and ready to help more people achieve their entrepreneurship dreams,” Powell said. “Thirty-five years was just the beginning — we still have so many lives to impact. The best is truly yet to come here at The Entrepreneur’s Source.”

TES career transition coaching uses a proprietary discovery and education-based method of coaching designed to help entrepreneurs realize their best opportunity to achieve their desired Income, Lifestyle, Wealth, & Equity goals.
