The Fordham Real Estate Institute Names Sal Gulino Assistant Director
NEW YORK (PRWEB) January 08, 2019 -- The Fordham Real Estate Institute (REI) is pleased to announce that Sal Gulino has been named assistant director to the program, effective immediately. In this role, Mr. Gulino will support the planning, development, implementation and administration of academic programs in real estate construction. He will report directly to Robert Morgenstern, director of Fordham REI.
Mr. Gulino, who joined Fordham from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, will also oversee faculty recruitment and development, curriculum development, program administration, student services and the development and maintenance of industry relations.
“After working with Sal previously, I knew he would be an excellent addition to the REI administrative team,” said Morgenstern. “He has a proven track record of success that makes him a great asset as we start the Institute’s second year. We have seen tremendous growth since the program’s inception, and look forward to continuing to provide excellent academic offerings to current and up-and-coming real estate professionals.”
Throughout his 28 years developing and managing NYU’s real estate program, Mr. Gulino built a reputation for excellence in project management, curriculum design, industry outreach, corporate training, program management and office operations. He received his bachelor’s degree in economics from NYU.
