CEO and Owner, Sabrina Acatrinei, is a certified Alcohol Drug Counselor with over 13 years of experience in the field with a BA in Social Work. “My passion for this field came at a young age when a close friend of mine overdosed. I knew then my life would be dedicated to helping others find solace in sobriety. I want people to know they are not alone and we are in this together.”
The Giving Tree Treatment Center is a sub-acute detox facility that monitors and observes patients. Its program includes: Eye Movement Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eco-Therapy, motivational enhancement therapy, interventions, 12 step facilitation therapy and family behavior therapy. Wellness is an important aspect to recovery and there are many ways to participate including Reiki, yoga, daily journaling sessions, nutritional counseling, health education, outings, along with life skills to assist in relapse prevention. The on-site chef creates options for vegans, and for those who are glutton and dairy free. The Giving Tree also works with those in search of a Kosher recovery, along with couples and pregnant women seeking treatment.

Sina Meshkinpour is an experienced group facilitator with a profound ability to connect with clients, L.V.N. Sara Johnson’s 20 year background in the medical field was expanded when she began working with adolescents struggling with addiction in 2010. Bruce Stark, MD and Doctor of Internal Medicine has 20 years of experience in the medical field with a belief in a holistic, compassionate approach, along with resident healer (Ginger) who studied in India, and practices Reiki, meditation, and other holistic practices.
