The Griffin 105 Group, LLC Announces Development of Kemper House Worthington
WORTHINGTON, Ohio (PRWEB) May 31, 2018 -- The Griffin 105 Group, LLC, in partnership with Kemper House, is pleased to announce the imminent arrival of Kemper House Worthington, a Specialized Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care & Well Living Community, to be located in the heart of Old Worthington, Ohio. The unique community will serve the residents of Worthington as well as northern Franklin and southern Delaware counties.
The specialized Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care facility will be located at the former Worthington Foods site on the northwest corner of Proprietors and Dublin-Granville Road. “We purposely selected Worthington to build our flagship facility because of its rich history and sense of community,” stated President Greg Cini. “We are very excited to become a part of this city’s fabric.”
Building on the Kemper Family’s 24 years of experience designing and operating specialized Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care-only communities in Greater Cleveland, Kemper House Worthington will offer 55 secure resident living units comprised of both private and shared suites. Focused on improving the quality of life for people with Alzheimer’s/dementia, Kemper House Worthington’s design will incorporate the latest technological advancements in the field of Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care. The operation will include integrated cognitive, emotional, physical, and nutritional health programming.
In addition to its leading-edge Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care model, the Kemper House Worthington’s pricing model will also be unique. “Most of our competition provides ‘level of care’ pricing that increases as a resident’s needs increase, and such a pricing model can be unpredictable and quite burdensome for the family,” Cini explained. “Our unique ‘one-rate’ feature allows families to better plan budgets and spending for their loved one’s care.”
The Griffin 105 Group, LLC plans to break ground on Kemper House Worthington in Summer of 2018 and to receive residents by mid to late 2019.
