The International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals Foundation, recognized for providing first-quality education and innovative training standards for healthcare treatment providers who treat the full spectrum of eating disorders, is pleased to announce that Center For Discovery has joined its Presidents Council.

According iaedp™ Foundation Managing Director, Bonnie Harken, the Presidents Council is an "expanding group of eating disorder treatment organizations which provides ongoing support for the iaedp™ Foundation and its mission.
"The leadership and support of Presidents Council members is vital to advancing our overall mission – that of ensuring an innovative and high-quality educational experience for eating disorders treatment professionals," Harken said.
Mental health treatment with Center For Discovery is designed to provide each client and family with personalized treatment to safely affect real behavioral, social, emotional and spiritual growth. The program focuses on learning about the relationship between the brain and behavior and how to adopt effective coping skills for managing symptoms in order to support long-term recovery.
Each member of the Presidents Council are sponsors of the 2019 iaedp™ Symposium, the annual conference which offers the latest research in the treatment eating disorders presented by the world's leading professionals in the field. This year's event is scheduled for February 7-10, 2019 at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort in Palm Desert, California.
