The Institute for Strategic Enrollment Management Will Bring Together Today's Leading Voices in Enrollment

The Institute for Strategic Enrollment Management @Sunriver, OR will take place June 29-July 3, 2020. Nearly 20 faculty and mentors will work alongside enrollment leaders and leadership teams to address the challenges of effective strategic enrollment planning today.

ONEONTA, N.Y., Nov. 20, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- A team of nearly 20 leading enrollment professionals with centuries of experience will join The Institute for Strategic Enrollment Management @Sunriver, June 29-July 3, 2020, as faculty and mentors. Notable national and regional leaders with extensive careers and records of success, they're frequent contributors to the conversation around higher education.

In this unique setting, they will interact with attendees to a different degree. With a distinctive schedule engineered for intensive learning, reflection, planning, and mentorship, Institute attendees will leave with new (and renewed) connections, a strategic plan, and the tools to help them make a difference at their unique institutions.

The Institute is designed so attendees have the space and time to reflect on what they’re learning while getting the support of experienced faculty and mentors. They will leave with a strategic enrollment plan—and a mentor for guidance through its implementation.

Faculty-led morning and evening sessions will cover topics including enrolling specific populations, aid optimization, data best practices, recruitment marketing, and leadership challenges. One-on-one and small group mentor-supported afternoon meetings offer the unique opportunity to further explore specific topics, gain perspective, get advice, and seek guidance from pros.

Mentors
The Institute agenda designates 12–4 p.m. in the schedule as "Mentor meetings" each day—and this is the unparalleled value of The Institute experience. Typically conferences are packed with educational sessions, attendees head back to campus with notes and ideas, and they then have no time to build an actual plan from those notes to put into action.

Here, that time is built in. Mentor meeting time is reserved for connecting with a mentor as well as informal conversation, brainstorming, planning, and making the most of the educational experience.
