Designed specifically for HR and talent professionals, the unique conference will bring together academic and HR thought leaders from June 8-10 on USC’s University Park campus in Los Angeles.

The Josh Bersin Academy, the world’s first global professional development academy for HR, today announced Josh Bersin Academy Live!, the first annual conference designed for HR and talent professionals from around the world seeking to address modern workforce challenges. The conference, conducted in partnership with the USC Marshall School of Business Executive Education, will feature presentations from USC faculty specializing in workforce-related research, as well as HR executives and thought leaders. The conference will be held at USC’s historic University Park campus, located in the heart of Los Angeles, from June 8 to 10.

The conference is open to all practicing HR and talent professionals. Non-members will receive a complimentary Academy membership as part of their conference registration fee.

Josh Bersin, global industry analyst and dean of the Josh Bersin Academy, will kick off the conference with an opening keynote. Also headlining is Olivier Blum, chief human resource officer for Schneider Electric, a multinational company specializing in efficient and sustainable energy and automation digital solutions. In addition to multiple general sessions, the conference agenda will include two receptions held at iconic USC locations and 24 breakout sessions in the following tracks:
