The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery to Acquire Miller Review Courses
NEEDHAM, Mass. (PRWEB) June 07, 2018 -- The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery, Inc. (JBJS) has entered into formal agreements to acquire the Miller Review Course Parts I and II, along with the remaining interest in the JBJS Virtual Recertification Course, from Miller Orthopaedic Review Enterprises, LLC (MORE). The transaction is expected to close in July 2018.
In its 23rd year, the Miller Review Course Part I is a five-day in-person comprehensive orthopaedic review held in the Denver area each May. Taught by Mark Miller, MD and a distinguished faculty of orthopaedic surgeons from both academic and private practices, the Miller Review Course Part I provides orthopaedic residents with a crucial preparatory step toward board certification and offers a unique opportunity for faculty to share and advance their expertise while building camaraderie among the orthopaedic community. The Miller Review Course Part II was established in 2016 to prepare early-career surgeons for the oral examination, which is typically taken during the third year of orthopaedic practice.

Registration for the 2019 Miller Review Courses in Westminster, Colorado will open July 1, 2018.
