The Latest Upgrade to the Award-Winning UltraShipTMS Platform, Version 5.18 Rolls Out Across Summer 2019

FAIR LAWN, N.J., June 3, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- UltraShipTMS, the transportation management system platform favored by enterprise-level agricultural producers and food shippers, manufacturers, consumer products packaging companies, retailers and other high volume shippers is rolling out a significant system upgrade across the summer of 2019. Four of the six logistics solution modules that comprise the award-winning UltraShipTMS platform are being updated with new and improved features and functionality aimed at refining overall ease of use of the solution already recognized by the industry for exceptional usability and user satisfaction.

Notable functionality improvements in Version 5.18 include upgrades to the Automatic Freight Payment features, Change Audit Reporting in the LoadFusion Optimizer and Shipment Details page enhancements in the TMS CORE like an interactive shipment map view and beefed-up shipment timeline visualizer.

Usability improvements abound in the new release providing intelligent prompts/warnings to users when they neglect to properly complete required fields to ensure accurate and compliant planning and execution. Version 5.18 offers "Order by Location" updates, a "Date Range Picker" feature and changes to location management, rate management and reporting of spot market activity and performance.

Other usability upgrades focused on making system navigation more intuitive and simplified, additional information icons providing pertinent information when "moused over" by users and even a user feedback capability. The user feedback features a "Star Rating" system on the sidebar of the page prompting users for feedback by assigning a 1 to 5 star rating reflecting their satisfaction with different product elements.
