The NAPW Announces Adela Gibson, CEO of Woodword Enterprises, LLC, as 2013/2014 Professional Woman of the Year

Ms. Gibson’s fervent fascination with writing first began as a toddler sitting at her uncle's writing desk and bringing the world she created in her imagination to life on paper. “It filled me with so much joy as a child to watch the lines appear on the page like magic. I am sure others have experienced this, but for me, the joy and magic has never left,” says Ms. Gibson. Since then, she has used her passion for writing to build the career she has always dreamed of having for her entire life.
As CEO of Woodword Enterprises, LLC, a new business created at the end of 2012, Ms. Gibson masters the craft and skill of writing by creating poetry, note cards, stage plays and many others products that are still in the making. She happily takes on the role of creating and promoting the products she crafts while making sure that her company carries out the positive mission of helping others who wish to develop their own artistry.
Among these remarkable accomplishments, Ms. Gibson is now the published author of her book titled "Prism Poetry Collection," which was released at the end of August, 2013. It is a collection of poetry that brings to life the multicultural aspect of the writer. Prism creates poetic verse and rhythm in a language that everyone can understand. “My focus now is to create more publicity for my current book while working on the next one and growing the business step by step,” she says.
