SALT LAKE CITY (PRWEB) February 04, 2015 -- The National Institute of Medical Aesthetics (NIMA) (http://www.nima.edu) officially announces their new partner school program that brings world class laser training to aesthetics institutes around the country.
NIMA provides training, education and certification to students seeking continuing education in the field of medical aesthetics. NIMA has grown to become one of the largest aesthetics institutes in the nation. A key to its success is its strategic focus on training and education in the high-end, medically supervised side of the aesthetics space including: cosmetic lasers and injections, chemical peels, permanent cosmetics, and other similar areas.
To date, NIMA has opened its partner school programs in Las Vegas, Nevada; Denver, Colorado; Spokane, Washington and Tri-Cities, Washington and is targeting national expansion at a number of other locations throughout the United States.
“We find there is a lot of trepidation from most aesthetics schools around the country when it comes to dealing with and teaching laser aesthetics,” said Kim Winebrenner, VP of National Accounts at NIMA. “We’ve taken the time, made the investment and created the curriculum to become the experts in the industry. Our experience and expertise puts us in a unique position to help other students at other schools around the county get the best laser training available.”
Through NIMA’s partner school program, locally licensed aesthetic schools around the country can have a NIMA certified laser instructor fly in to teach and certify its students on the latest laser technologies and techniques. As part of the training, NIMA will bring state-of-the-art lasers, a time-tested and fully developed curriculum, and will be on site to teach, train and certify each student.
“This industry is desperate for students certified in the use of lasers and the ability to provide cosmetic laser services,” continued Winebrenner. “What we’ve seen since we started implementing this partner school program is that job placement rankings skyrocket and the aesthetic schools we work with are able to differentiate themselves from competitors because their students receive a significantly better education and training that translates immediately to market demands.”
