The design guarantees maximum customization for the buyer, who has the ability to choose among the most elegant and precious finishes from around the world.
“Molteni&C has been instrumental in bringing our ideas to life; they truly embraced our concept of an open kitchen and luxurious closets which carry our signature of effortless Miami elegance,” said Isabel Tragash, principal of STA Architectural Group.
For the Boutique and South Towers, Molteni&C created modern closets, characterized by eco-skin doors with a flat or diamond pattern with metal edging.
Molteni&C contributes custom-made furnishings to master bathrooms, powder rooms, service rooms and fire places in the Boutique Tower, as well as in the private cabanas overlooking the beach that can be personalized to fit the buyer’s needs.
The elegance of these artistic interiors will be made possible by the Molteni Group’s expert technology and craftsmanship in manufacturing. In its bespoke kitchens and custom-made design solutions, the Molteni&C Contract Division combines functionality and style, sober elegance and character.
