Recently, team members in Tampa enjoyed a day watching the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from a luxury suite with co-workers and clients. Outfitted with a variety of food and drinks, multiple TV’s to watch other football games, and unique one-on-one time with each other, the event was a hit with all participants.
Furthermore, over the last year, employees have earned thousands of dollars in cash prizes for their creative entries in design competitions for company t-shirts, as well as their scary-good Halloween costume competition submissions. MaintenX employees also enjoy watching the Philadelphia Phillies at spring training games, volunteering at local charities, and more.
MaintenX believes in employee and team bonding by giving back to the community through various charities. This year, MaintenX sponsored a Habitat for Humanity house in Largo, Fla. Employees from across the country visited the site and volunteered more than 1,000 hours of their time. MaintenX employees were also able to provide 20 students with fully-packed backpacks as kids went back to school, in addition to a $500 donation of additional school supplies.
