The Prudential Tower Will Shine in Junior League Red to Raise Awareness About the Needs of Women and Girls in Greater Boston
The Junior League of Boston has been selected as a community partner in the Prudential Center's 12th Annual 31 Nights of Light.
BOSTON, Dec. 14, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Junior League of Boston (JL Boston) is being honored in the Prudential Center's 12th Annual 31 Nights of Light. On December 15, 2020, the Prudential Tower will shine in Junior League Red to raise awareness about JL Boston's work addressing community issues and needs of women and girls in Greater Boston.
All supporters of JL Boston are invited to a virtual livestream of the "flip the switch" ceremony beginning at 4:45 p.m. on December 15. Following the lighting of the Prudential Tower, JL Boston will host a conversation about its advocacy efforts in the community to enact sustainable change and train the next generation of women civic leaders. 31 Nights of Light was created in 2009 to help local non-profit organizations gain key visibility during the charitable season. Utilizing a state-of-the-art LED lighting system, the 51st floor of the Prudential Tower will change color daily throughout December to honor participating community organizations.
