The Release of StreamEye Video Quality Assurance Tool: Version 4.0

StreamEye v4.0 enables rich navigation to dwell deeper into the video data to retrieve detailed information about the stream, picture and block info, and visualization of slice and tile boundaries, partition, motion vectors, types, bit sizes, quantizers. The feature of video comparison allows for synchronic comparison of two files encoded with different settings in an adjacent frame mode.
The tool has also matured to being an effective standard compliance checker. It validates the video and lists the error messages with reference to the standard.
