The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay– the San Francisco Bay Area’s only oceanfront resort – is pleased to announce the complete lineup of award-winning, star chefs for the 2020 “Global Cuisine Series” program. Returning for its fourth year, the Global Cuisine Series at the iconic coastal resort features a one-of-a-kind epicurean experience offered exclusively to Marriott Bonvoy™ Elite Members on select dates throughout the year. This year, the resort is pleased to present all Michelin-starred chefs for the exclusive series.

The specialty culinary experience – which has welcomed star chefs over the years including Dominique Crenn, James Syhabout, and Suzette Gresham, to name a few – features an intimate hands-on cooking class with the famed chef for up to 16 guests. Following the class, guests are treated to a private reception with the visiting chef, featuring a passed signature dish from that chef along with a Dom Perignon cocktail and sommelier-selected wine before they sit down to enjoy Navio’s famed weekend brunch

In addition to the interactive activities, the guest chef will showcase two signature dishes on the Navio tasting menu in collaboration with Executive Chef Jakob Esko for Friday and Saturday night, along with two featured small plates at Navio’s acclaimed Weekend Brunch.

The 2020 Global Cuisine Series schedule is as follows:

  • Friday, February 21 – Saturday, February 22 featuring Chef Val Cantu from San Francisco’s two-star Michelin restaurant Californios
