The Palm Springs luxury resort will show its appreciation for local and visiting Armed Forces members this Veteran’s Day Weekend with a complimentary WW1-themed prix fixe menu

The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage is celebrating Veteran’s Day Weekend with a complimentary dining experience for those who have served, as well as those who are currently serving in the Armed Forces. With a particularly special occasion marking this national holiday, the luxury resort hopes to welcome and honor those who have sacrificed so much.

In recognition of the centennial anniversary of the signing of the Armistice of November 11th and the end of WWI, State Fare Bar & Kitchen at The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage presents a culinary experience inspired by traditional dishes of 1918.

The specialty menu, offered November 10th and 11th, includes a choice of Alsatian Bacon & Onion Tart or White Asparagus Soup to start, followed by Quiche Lorraine or Chicken Riesling, and finished with a choice of an Alsatian Apple or Cheese Tart. Coffee and tea are also included, along with classic French Macarons de Nancy.

Guests can travel back in time with this culinary experience for $48 per person. The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage is proud to offer this dining experience complimentary for veterans of the Armed Forces, and those still serving. A valid military ID is requested unless service members wish to wear their uniforms.
