GEORGETOWN, Texas, Jan. 11, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Hard Count Kitchen & Cocktails, a full-service bar and restaurant with a diverse selection of high-quality spirits and classic cocktails as well as local, craft, seasonal and traditional beers, will be opening in Georgetown's newest mixed-used development, The Summit At Rivery Park.
This is the second joint venture between restaurateurs Manuel Martinez and Joey Delgadillo and the Novak Commercial Construction team of Jeff Novak and Morgan McLaughlin.
"We want to create an environment where anyone can pull up a chair and have a sense of home," says Joey Delgadillo, Managing Partner. "Hard Count is an upscale, yet welcoming sports lounge and neighborhood hangout. Our vision was to create a vibe reminiscent of the famous bars located across from arenas and stadiums around the country."
The menu includes wings, fresh oysters, quail, soups & salads, angus beef burgers, classic po-boys, grilled steaks, seafood and chicken. Broadcasting all major sports packages on 35 HD TV's – patrons will be able to enjoy a variety of sporting events. Hard Count will offer Shuffleboard & Golden Tee. Events will include weekly live music and karaoke. Hours of operation will be Mon-Sun 11am-midnight.
Hard Count Kitchen & Cocktails plans to open its doors this Spring.
