The Modular Home Builders Association (MHBA) selects the Trout Lake Home from designer and builder Saratoga Modular Homes and manufacturer Apex Modular Homes for January’s Home of the Month

Nestled in the woods of Lake George, NY, the Adirondack-themed Trout Lake Home mixes rustic mountain style with modern amenities. The custom hickory kitchen features a butcher block and Cambria countertops. Knotty alder interior doors, custom milled pine ash woodwork, and stone fireplace create a warm ambiance. The cathedral ceiling highlights the 2,200 sq ft chalet-style home’s open layout and an abundance of windows provide ample natural light.

The three-bedroom and three-bathroom home features an extravagant master bath with a large soaking tub and walk-in tile shower.

The knotty pine three-season porch integrates indoor and outdoor living. Exterior features include a composite wraparound deck and LP SmartSide exterior siding.
