The Trust is an organization that utilizes service providers to assist former NFL players with their transition after football. The Trust provides a holistic approach to a player's transition focusing on areas such as career transition, financial education, continuing education, and medical and wellness. These resources are customized to a player's specific need, and are aimed to support and provide the skills and tools needed for success. To qualify, a former NFL player must have at least two credited seasons.
