LOUISVILLE, Ky., Feb. 6, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- It's a brand new year, and Thermex-Thermatron will be kicking it off at the 2020 MDM&M West Trade Show in Anaheim, CA. Starting February 11th, they will be hosting a booth at the trade show where they will be exhibiting the RF F10-25 which includes an automatic frontload shuttle and a PLC. RF sealing demonstrations will be taking place throughout the show.
The system is also equipped with an RF Switching Network that allows the generator to move through two cycles during one press closure at different variable power levels and different variable sealing times. An integrated switch is then incorporated at the press to switch the polarity of the sealing electrodes at the already preset power and time settings. The switching process occurs when the RF is off, thereby reducing arcing.
This innovative technique is used to achieve well-balanced seals when tubing is placed between two sheets of vinyl. In the medical field, this allows for bag outlines, tube insertions, and tear seals all to be achieved in one press closure.
The trade show begins February 11th and continues through February 13th. The expo will be held from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, and 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Thursday, with the conference running from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, and 9 a.m. - 3p.m. Thursday.
