Molly Custis, who has been with the agency for two years, was promoted from Social Media Coordinator to Social Media Manager, and Leigh Dyer, who has been with the agency for three years, was promoted from Account Coordinator to Account Manager.

Molly Custis, who has been with the agency for two years, was promoted from Social Media Coordinator to Social Media Manager, and Leigh Dyer, who has been with the agency for three years, was promoted from Account Coordinator to Account Manager.
Custis launched her marketing career at Think shortly after completing her B.S. in Media Communication Studies at Florida State University. She started out creating social media content for clients in a wide range of industries, including tech accelerator Starter Studio, medical group Radiology Associates of Central Florida, nonprofit Central Florida Foundation, and organic grocery store chain Chamberlin's Natural Foods. Today, she develops organic social media strategies, creates content and manages multiple profiles for clients such as Jeremiah's Italian Ice and Bella Collina. Custis has also proven to be an effective leader at Think Integrated and spearheads the agency's own self-promotional social media strategy and content.

Leigh Dyer started her career with Think as an intern while completing her B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Central Florida. She began by supporting the Accounts team in managing client projects and relationships. After demonstrating her ability to effectively align the work of Think's creative, digital, social and web development teams with the needs and expectations of clients, she quickly advanced to managing clients on her own. Today, Dyer serves as lead account manager for clients such as Rosen Hotels & Resorts and Orlando Health, and works closely with Orlando Ballet and Business High Point.
