Third generation, Anthony (Nick) Cogliani, appointed President, COO, NEWPRO Operating LLC

WOBURN, Massachusetts, Jan. 4, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Nicholas Cogliani, 2nd generation owner and current NEWPRO president has officially passed the torch to his son, third generation, Anthony (Nick) Cogliani, appointing him as president and COO of the seventy-four-year-old family business. The business was founded as a part time window treatment shop in the basement of first generation, Mary and Anthony Cogliani's Medford, MA home in 1945.

Nicholas Cogliani, who joined the family business in 1963 as an installer, continued to lead the business through growth and expansion founding NEWPRO in 1978 offering energy efficient replacement windows in response to an energy crisis. NEWPRO continued to grow to present day, led by 2nd and 3rd generation family, meeting the demands of New England homeowners offering a variety of exterior and interior home improvement solutions. Nicholas Cogliani will continue his involvement in the business in the capacity of chairman and advisor.

Anthony Cogliani, joined NEWPRO in 2003 as a sales representative and has held many positions since that time including management of satellite sales offices and most recently as Director of Operations and Executive Vice President. Nick worked closely with his father, Nicholas, over the years learning every area of the business. From expanding product categories, building local and national partnerships, attracting talent and integrating technology, a next generation NEWPRO culture of growth and opportunity has emerged with the end goal to continue to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Nick is very well respected in the industry and is regarded as a top advisor throughout a network of home improvement leaders throughout the country.
