This announcement comes on the heels of Thor's $152M acquisition of The Center of Excellence, a 784,000 square foot campus that spans 48 acres located in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Comprised of laboratory, research and development, and office buildings, the complex features life science companies specializing in pharmaceuticals and health services including anchor tenants Nestlé Health Science, Ashland, and Amneal Pharmaceuticals. He has executed approximately $4B in acquisitions, consisting of 7.5 million rentable square feet and 3+ million square feet of strategic campus re-positioning projects for major life science and university campus developments in scientific clusters covering the U.S. coastlines from Boston to Miami and San Francisco to San Diego.
