McDonald most recently served as the Advertising and Analytics Director at Carson Group, an Omaha-based RIA with more than $12 billion AUM and over 100 partners across the U.S.
Adding McDonald marks the first significant expansion for Three Crowns since it was founded in 2018 by industry veteran and marketing specialist, Johnny Sandquist.
In 2015, McDonald and Sandquist were both part of the founding team of Mineral Interactive, a digital marketing agency acquired by Carson Group in 2018. The two oversaw all copywriting for the team, with McDonald serving as Editorial Director and Sandquist as Content Director.
