RESTON, Va. (PRWEB) October 24, 2018
On Wednesday, ThunderCat Technology announced the promotion of Daniel Schneider to Director of Cyber Security Sales effective November 1, 2018.
Dan has been with ThunderCat for nine years, starting his professional career in Inside Sales on October 30, 2009. In 2012 Dan started working with cyber security companies focused on incident response and network forensics. Dan is continually focused on addressing challenges associated with the evolving threat landscape and the risks posed to ThunderCat’s federal customers.
In 2013 ThunderCat’s Cyber Security practice was established and Dan became a co-founding member of this team. Since then, Dan has been helping to lead ThunderCat’s cyber security strategy. He establishes strategic partnerships with leading OEM’s and key partners. The ThunderCat Cyber team continues to sell products to serve federal customers and continues to promote ThunderCat’s purpose of making The United States a better and safer place for all Americans.
Dan will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, David Schlosser.
This promotion comes at an interesting time as ThunderCat was just recognized by Washington Business Journal as the third largest Cyber company in DC Metro.
CEO Tom Deierlein commented on the promotion. “Dan has been with us since the very beginning. He is a known leader and recognized expert in the field. I am very excited for him to officially lead our efforts going forward and build out our team as Cyber plays an even more important role in our marketplace offerings and overall business strategy. I believe in good and evil and there is no one more passionate than Dan about arming our nation’s cyber warriors with the tools they need to compete against and defeat bad guys.”
