Tidewater Physical Therapy Names Pete Elser Clinical Director of Kempsville Location in Norfolk, Va.

Located in the Halifax Building across from the Sentara Leigh Hospital at 6161 Kempsville Circle, the Kempsville clinic features comprehensive physical therapy services, an orthopedic clinical specialist, Temporomandibular Disorders treatment programs, pain management, dry needling, balance and fall prevention, custom orthotics and Wii-hab.
Elser earned his Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA and has been practicing physical therapy for fourteen years.
