Rakers brings 14 years of experience in the Private Equity and Hedge Fund industry, most recently as a Senior Manager at NAV Fund Administration Group where he helped the firm almost double its assets under administration from $38 billion to $65 billion during his 4 years there. Prior to that Rakers served as Chief Operating Officer at Custom House Fund Services (now part of Apex Fund Services) where he managed a 200+ person Fund Administration team across the US, Europe, and Asia. He began his career as a Fund Accountant at Northern Trust.
In 2017, Tillman was acquired by the Private Equity consulting group, E78 Partners, LLC ("E78").
