Tillys Charity Golf Tournament 'Tilly Wonka and the Golf Factory' Quickly Over-Sold!
TILLYS is hosting their 14th annual charity golf tournament, 'Tilly Wonka and the Golf Factory' to benefit Tilly's Life Center (TLC), a non-profit educational program to provide mental health resources to teens.
ORANGE COUNTY, Calif., Apr. 13, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- More than just a golf tournament, this action-packed charity event takes the magic and imagination of Roald Dahl to the green. On April 19th, Tillys brands, TLC supporters, celebrities and influencers will take to the course at Mission Viejo Country Club to benefit TLC, a non-profit educational program that teaches powerful social and emotional learning skills to today's teens. Donations and volunteer opportunities are still available to be a part of the fun!
The golf foursomes are already over-sold! Golfers will look forward to a private 18-hole course with individual tee times, as well as the opportunity to purchase a "Golden Ticket" that gives access to even more on-course contests! Competing golfers will have the chance to win prizes and enjoy some of the best food and drinks Orange County has to offer. This fun day is all to support an amazing cause working tirelessly to provide mental health and resilience resources for teens.
There will be opportunities to speak with Tilly and the TLC team throughout the day about the power of social and emotional learning and its benefit to teens. All necessary COVID-19 protocols will be in place at the event, to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Today's teens face more challenges than ever before. Tilly's Life Center (TLC) is a nonprofit educational program that helps teens overcome the serious obstacles they are met with on a daily basis.
Our proactive approach uses experiential learning, journal writing, open discussion, and other activities to guide teens in effectively coping with crisis, adopting healthy habits and reaching their full potential.
The program is available as a high school elective course, an after-school program, or a series of workshops, depending on the school's needs. Topics reflect what teens experience in their lives, such as stress management, body-image, coping mechanisms, and more.
