Stanford will work closely with founder and CEO Jeri Ellsworth to accelerate Tilt Five's vision of changing the course of Augmented Reality gaming. Ten Cate will now oversee business development and growing partnerships with developers.

With over 30 years of experience, Stanford has led product, R&D, engineering, sales, marketing, manufacturing and operation teams as well as serving as CEO, COO and Chief Strategy Officer in various size entities from start-ups to Fortune 100 with P&L ownership. He's designed and commercialized several award-winning products with a reach of 76% global market-share shipping 300 million units under prestigious names. At EA he was Executive Producer creating award-winning games such as The Sims and The Simpsons, accounting for more than $550 million in sales. He later led business development for EA Partners, fostering collaborations with game studios worldwide. He also led divisions as VP of Business Development at MaxPlay, a cloud-based games technology startup, and VP of Games Business Development at Deluxe Entertainment, a global digital entertainment services company. Ten Cate holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is currently the Chair of the Board of Directors of the International Game Developers Association (IGDA).
