Mannion also uses the new book to discuss coping with change, life, grief, loss and family survival.
Praise for “Two Hearts Beat As One: When a Twin Dies”:
“This book will be a guide for social work students who want to learn more about twin loss, as well as mental health clinicians, grieving families, healthcare professionals, bereaved twins, siblings, and self-help bereavement support group facilitators, who will find this resource exactly what they need to provide comfort to a bereaved twin.”
—Barbara Rubel, MA, BCETS, CBS, CPBC; keynote speaker and author of “But I Didn’t Say Goodbye” and “Death, Dying, and Bereavement”
Mannion shares the heartfelt story of the hardest days of his life, along with some memories of the happiest days of being a twin, in his memoir.
“It doesn’t tell you what to do, or how to do it, but rather, we are all in this journey of life together,” Mannion says.
