The TipTapGo mobile app is integrated seamlessly with Stripe's leading payments platform to help service workers earn more tip income and provide consumers with a simple and convenient way to tip or pay someone through their mobile device.
COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 29, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- TipTapGo, developer of a mobile app of the same name, announced today that it has joined the Stripe Partner Program as a Verified Partner. TipTapGo has integrated with Stripe Connect and Stripe Radar as foundational components of its mobile tipping and payment app in order to ensure a seamless, integrated, convenient transactional experience between the tipper (payer) and tippee (payee). Security and anonymity are also critical for both parties. Since Stripe is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, TipTapGo is able to meet PCI DSS requirements and deliver the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry to its users through its partnership with Stripe.

TipTapGo has integrated with Stripe Connect through its powerful API to manage user deposits and withdraws to/from their TipTapGo accounts, as well as to onboard and verify users and their credit/debit cards. TipTapGo payment screens use of a modern version of TLS which significantly reduces the risk of its users being exposed to a hacking attack. TipTapGo collects not only the card number but also the CVC, postal code, and billing address from each user. It then presents all of that detail through the Stripe Connect API to the card issuer for verification and authorization against their cardholder data to help prevent fraudulent charges. TipTapGo has also fully integrated with Stripe Radar, a suite of modern tools to further fight fraudulent charges without blocking legitimate payment transactions.
