Tipton Health Communications, a full-service communications, public relations and marketing communications agency, earned a 2020 MarCom Gold Award for communications excellence in print media and benefits communications.
The Tipton Team — consisting of Phil Ellingsworth Jr., strategic communications manager, and Zucca— was recognized as a co-entrant with Fort Worth, Texas-based JPS Health Network for the work to create a benefits decision guide for the system’s 2021 open enrollment process.
The guide was developed to help JPS Health Network employees understand and take advantage of the different benefits that are available to them. The creative and editorial process involved using the health system’s brand, as well as photos of JPS employees, in a visually appealing manner designed to make the benefit information more comprehensible.
The MarCom Awards – sponsored and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP) – is an international competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, direction, design and production of marketing and communication materials and programs. The MarCom Awards has more than 300 categories and entrants are from across the globe.
