TLG Gives Begins Renovations for 2018 Home Transformation
HOUSTON (PRWEB) August 03, 2018 -- TLG Gives, the philanthropic arm of The Loken Group with Keller Williams, began renovations for their 2018 Home Transformation this week. Renovations began on Monday, July 30 and are scheduled to be completed Friday, August 10.
The Monsivaes family, the 2018 Home Transformation beneficiary, recently suffered the loss of Paul Monsivaes, the patriarch of the family, who passed away last April due to complications following a hospital procedure. Paul is survived by his wife, Maribel, and his two sons, Paul Jr. and Ryan.
Before his passing, Paul was in the process of making repairs on the home, which was in desperate need of improvement. While some repairs were completed by Paul, many issues remain. TLG Gives is remodeling the kitchen, living room and master bathroom, as well as parts of the exterior. As of Tuesday, July 31, demolition on the exterior has finished and kitchen demolition is well under way. PODS has generously donated two storage pieces for safekeeping of the family’s belongings during renovation. Additionally, new furniture will be donated courtesy of Houston Furniture Rental and Sales.

We are absolutely thrilled to be helping his vision come to fruition.”
