This set of evidence-based approaches to talent management leads to both business value and opportunity for all employees and especially those who have faced barriers to employment. Featuring a customized scorecard, the Navigator allows employers to assess their progress against the principles and practices and points them to resources to help them progress.
The nature of work is fundamentally changing with employees and employers facing the effects of globalization, shifting demographics, increasing automation, and a growing gig economy. With these changes comes the challenge of designing and building new employment systems that confront today's challenges while staying open to tomorrow's.
