Todich Floral Design Creates a Dress to Impress at the National Wedding Show
London (PRWEB UK) 18 November 2013 -- London florist Todich Floral Design captivated brides at this year’s National Wedding Show with its exhibit of a beautiful wedding dress designed entirely with fresh flowers and foliage.
Every year, hundreds upon hundreds of future brides and grooms flock to Earl’s Court Exhibition for the National Wedding Show; it’s a great place to get inspiration for wedding flowers, decorations, dresses and more, plus talk to like-minded folk and have a good time – even raise a toast to future weddings at the champagne bar!
Todich Floral Design decided to really up the ante this year with a stunning floral bridal dress for an antique mannequin! Using gypsophila to create a fitted bodice, preserved oak leaves for the dress, and a sheath of phalaenopsis orchids draped on top to stunning effect, they created quite a sensational entrance to the Exhibition Centre. To complement the dress the wedding florist from London designed a bridal bouquet with orange, peach and white roses and delicate spray roses dotted throughout. A gorgeous urn display was filled with fresh orange and white roses, set against an autumnal textured wall paper.
The Todich Floral Design consultants were subsequently almost overwhelmed with many happy brides-to-be who wanted to chat about colours and ideas for their wedding flowers.
There are already many thoughts in the pipeline for next year’s wedding show; one idea is that the florist will fill their stall with swags and garlands of lovely jewel toned flowers, ivy and scented foliage. Another idea is to install a rose garden! With bushes of spray roses, classic roses, and garden roses, the plants will be delicately arranged within the stand. Or, finally, the Todich Floral Design team may create a shop front style stand and fill it with different styles of bridal bouquets, from cascading showers to Edwardian wired designs, in every colour imaginable. You’ll just have to wait and see!
