CanAm Enterprises (“CanAm”) is excited to announce that its Founder, President and CEO, Tom Rosenfeld, spoke at the 2019 EB-5 Expo Hong Kong. CanAm is a proud sponsor of this event, which welcomed well over 500 attendees, making it one of the biggest EB-5 expos in Hong Kong.
During the speech, Mr. Rosenfeld shared his views on the future of EB-5 and the effects of proposed regulatory changes to the Program. Mr. Rosenfeld also explained what to consider when selecting a reputable EB-5 regional center to Hong Kong-based investors. The speech was well received by prospective investors attending the expo.
Mr. Rosenfeld and CanAm’s staff also took the opportunity to greet EB-5 agents and business partners, who are central to CanAm’s operations in Southeast Asia. “It is always a pleasure to meet our important partners here in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia overall. We are grateful to work with such professional and valuable partners,” Mr. Rosenfeld added.
CanAm has recently reached an important milestone when its EB-5 project repayments extended to $1.3 billion and continues to expand its operations in Southeast Asia to better serve its investors in the region.
