Revenue-based transaction will fund expansion of Seattle-based business through an innovative, company-friendly revenue financing agreement

The investment did not require any exchange of equity or ownership for the growth capital, and instead, Decathlon's investment provides a nimble financing alternative without restrictive control provisions.
