Toopher Adds James Nyfeler as SVP, Worldwide Sales
Austin, TX (PRWEB) November 10, 2014 -- Toopher, Inc., an industry leader in contextual multifactor authentication, announced today the addition of James Nyfeler as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales. Nyfeler, who joins Toopher from RSA where he managed an International sales team, will lead sales and business development.
“Our business growth drove the need to add James to our team,” said Josh Alexander, CEO of Toopher. “New customers are coming on board quickly, existing customers are expanding their relationships with us, and business – especially in financial services and higher education -- is growing aggressively. We need a sales exec of James’ caliber to help lead our team. That he is a fellow Longhorn is icing, but we’d gladly have added him to our team even if he were an Aggie.”
Nyfeler joins Toopher with over 30 years experience in sales and sales leadership, leading teams responsible for closing numerous multi-million dollar solutions. Most recently with RSA (EMC’s Security Division), Nyfeler recruited, hired, and managed an international team of sales professionals, and worked with many clients, primarily in the financial services industry. Nyfeler came to RSA via Cyota, a security startup acquired by RSA, where he grew annual bookings exponentially. Before RSA/Cyota, Nyfeler was with IBM for 17 years, during which time he published 12 invention disclosures as a software developer before transitioning into sales.
“Toopher is one of those companies on the brink of very big things, and I’m thrilled to be joining at this time,” said Nyfeler. “I look forward to the opportunity to maintain and accelerate already strong business momentum, building and managing the sales team, and working with customers to solve their problems with our unique technology.”
