Fischer purchased Top Rocker Harley-Davidson, formerly Barger Harley-Davidson, in February 2016 from Loretta Barger. Fischer and his operating partner rebuilt the dealership, significantly increasing the revenues and dealership's performance. Less than 2 and a half years later, Fischer decided that this store did not fit his long-term vision. Following the sale, Fischer commented, "I got into the motorcycle business to fulfill a dream. I had a vision of growth and eventually a succession plan. This acquisition marks his sixth Harley-Davidson dealership, including the aforementioned dealerships, Space Coast Harley-Davidson in Palm Bay, Florida, Treasure Coast Harley-Davidson in Stuart, Florida, Raging Bull Harley-Davidson in Durham, North Carolina and Falcons Fury Harley-Davidson in Conyers, Georgia.
