TUCSON, Ariz., March 2, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- One of the web's leading all-remote job boards is shining a light on more than two dozen remote-enabled employers who have continued to prove they prioritize flexibility in the workplace.
Founded in 2007, Virtual Vocations has connected jobseekers with legitimate, expert-vetted remote job openings for the last 15 years.
This week, the company named its Top 25 Employer Partners for Remote Work in 2022 to highlight employers who worked directly with the Virtual Vocations team throughout last year to share their current remote job openings with motivated jobseekers seeking flexible, virtual work arrangements.
In total, more than 100 employers who participated in Virtual Vocations' exclusive Employer Partner Program shared a combined 854 remote openings from January through December 2021.
According to Virtual Vocations CEO and co-founder Laura Spawn, it amounts to an increase of 20.96% over the total number of jobs posted from Employer Partners the year prior.
"The continued growth of our Employer Partner Program, which includes 94 new members for 2021, clearly illustrates the demand for high-quality remote job postings from established companies that value remote workers," Spawn said.
With headquarters in states like Delaware, California, and Georgia, Virtual Vocations' Employer Partners shared jobs across a variety of industries in 2021, including:
- Management;
- Customer Service;
- Sales;
- Marketing; and
- Education.
Most of the jobs shared by Virtual Vocations' Employer Partners were full-time, permanent roles that were 100% remote, meaning they required no field travel or onsite work. With jobseekers continuing to value all-remote roles in their searches for flexible work arrangements, Virtual Vocations committed in February 2022 to sharing only 100% remote positions on its jobs database going forward.
The move will allow the company "to refine our site to reflect the best and most desirable opportunities for jobseekers," said Virtual Vocations Employer and Business Partnerships Specialist Erin Feldman.
"We are excited to focus on fully virtual positions and look forward to how this will improve hiring outcomes across the board in 2022," Feldman added.
Ranked by the number of remote jobs shared from January through December 2021, the following companies have been named Virtual Vocations' top five Employer Partners for remote work in 2022:
1. Achieve Test Prep
2. Agilent Technologies
3. Appfire
4. Working Solutions
5. Uscreen
Other remote-enabled organizations to make the top 10 on Virtual Vocations' third annual ranking of its top Employer Partners included StudySmarter, Study.com, SMC National, and Littera Education Inc.
