Cabo San Lucas, Mexico (PRWEB) November 19, 2014 -- Recently top family resort Cabo San Lucas, Hacienda Encantada, and The Residences at Hacienda Encantada have been undergoing improvements. Many of these improvements were already scheduled, and some were unplanned due to the damage of the hurricane, which hit Cabo in mid September 2014. During the month of September many resorts undergo maintenance, as this is one of the slower travel months. The scheduled maintenance projects were painting touch-ups, villa refurbishments and basic projects to keep the resort in immaculate shape. A few more projects were added to the list however post hurricane Odile. The following is a list of completed maintenance works:
• The hotel lobby was damaged in the storm and has been completely restored and is fully operational. The beautiful lobby and member welcome area are ready to receive guests and owners.
• The scale model in the lobby has been fully replaced and updated to reflect the new Residences villas.
• Construction at the Residences continues on schedule. With 12 Villas open already, more are coming soon in 2014 and more are on track for early 2015.
• The swimming pool by the beach has been completely refinished and restored as has the phase II swimming pool.
