Trellist is pleased to announce that Abbey McCoy has joined the company as Practice Area Leader for Product Experience Strategy. In this role, McCoy will guide Trellist clients toward a deeper understanding of their targeted users’ actions and intentions when using digital products, including websites, apps, and intranets.
McCoy brings to Trellist a command of end-to-end UX (user experience) duties, including user research, strategy, information architecture, and UI (user interface) design and validation. Her goal-oriented approach to integrated UX, marketing communications, and content strategy will play a direct and significant role in determining client success.
Based in Austin, Texas, McCoy was named one of the city’s Top 50 Female UX/UI Designers by talent-sourcing agency Zippia. Her previous experience includes consulting with a variety of marketing agencies and corporations, notably Dell, PayPal, and Whole Foods. She is founder of AbbeyXD, a design firm that combines qualitative research with UX research methods to guide early-stage and enterprise companies in the digital product space. McCoy holds a BFA in communication design from Texas State University.
